a. For preparation of Kashaya / Kwatha – decoction

–        Yashtimadhu – Glycyrrhiza glabra
–        Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa
–        Abhaya – Haritaki / Ushira – Vetiveria zizanoides
–        Chandana – Santalum album – Sandalwood
–        Kamala – Nelumbo nucifera
–        Utpala – Nymphaea stellata
