Off-Responsibility Cop Accused of Peeing on Girl at Kenny Chesney Live performance, Then Employees: Police

Within the arrest report, two officers from the Needham Police Division had been dispatched by TeamOps on the stadium to research the “sandpit” of the live performance space after the sufferer reported a person had urinated on her footwear.

The sufferer informed police, per the report, that upon feeling one thing moist spraying her leg, she regarded down and noticed the suspect urinating on her.

The arrest report continues, “Whereas speaking to the TeamOps Supervisor … Shane started to seize his penis and urinate once more.” He was handcuffed, positioned into custody, and charged with wanton destruction of property and disorderly conduct.

WHDH experiences that Lynch was issued a trespass order by the stadium’s safety crew, and agreed to pay $100 in courtroom prices after his arraignment to have the costs dismissed. In an announcement to WFXT, the Cranston Police Division mentioned that an “administrative investigation” is underway.

Cranston Police Chief Michael Winquist additional said, “All Cranston law enforcement officials acknowledge they’re held to the next normal and are required to behave professionally each on and off-duty. Failure to stick to this expectation will lead to self-discipline.”
